Dr. Lisa Grossman, founder and principal of Connect 2 Hire, LLC, is a dedicated speech and language pathologist with over 27 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech and Language Pathology before pursuing a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. Dr. Grossman holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a Florida state license. She is also formally trained by Lindamood Bell in the Visualizing & Verbalizing, Seeing Stars, and Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing (LIPS) programs. 

 

Lisa has developed clinical expertise and management experience across diverse settings, including home-based and early intervention programs, public and private schools, and as an adjunct professor at Broward Community College. She is particularly passionate about collaborating with a team of professionals who value multidisciplinary approaches to evaluating and treating various communication disorders. Her services are grounded in comprehensive research, best practices, skillful clinical judgment, and close collaboration with school administrators, faculty, support personnel, and the families of her clients.
